Mohammad Jafari Malek, Mohsen Shojakhani, and Ahmad Abdullahpour, the President and Vice Presidents of the ACD Cultural and Tourism Coordination Center, met with Ms.Ataei Ashtiani, the Director of the Asian Cultural Documentation Center, and Dr. Mohammad Khani, the Deputy Managing Director of Tehran Beautification Organization on Sunday, July 9, 2023, and discussed mutual cooperation in different fields.

In this meeting, the parties discussed their goals and plans regarding how to cooperate, especially in matters related to Asian cultural documents, the role of women in the development of Asian culture, and the publication of the Asian Cultural Research Quarterly, which is one of the 16 axes of cooperation between the member states of ACD.

Keeping in view the experiences of the Asian Cultural Documentation Center of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, which was established in 1973, it was decided that the formation of the Center for ACD Cultural Archives in Iran hand would take place in collaboration with the above-mentioned Center.Based on the agreements reached, it was decided to sign an MOU between the two sides and also the last two issues of the Asian Culture Quarterly be presented to the ambassadors and representatives of the ACD member states and invite their participation in contributing to the contents of the upcoming issues.
